We deliver Frenchic online store products to Finland, Sweden and Denmark.

We deliver Frenchic Paint® to Finland, Sweden and Denmark.

Please check that you have entered your address, email and phone number correctly for package delivery.

You will receive an automatic notification of shipment by email and the tracking code can be found in your order confirmation. The accuracy of the address and name information is the customer's responsibility.

Tracking and receiving the shipment is the responsibility of the recipient.

If the selected carrier cannot reach the recipient during home delivery, your package will most likely be taken to the nearest pickup point. The tracking code will show you where your package is - you can call the local pickup point or you can download Matkahuolto's own app, where you can change the pickup point yourself and track your package. You can find the app in the Play Store. The tracking code is in the order confirmation, which will automatically be sent to your email, check your spam folder.

Check the product tab: "Delivery methods" to see if the delivery option you have selected includes a call or notification of the shipment. Not all home delivery options include a call in advance or notification to the customer. Notification services are provided by the selected transport company, for example Matkahuolto.

If you have not received your shipment and have not received a tracking code in your email (check your spam folder), please send us an email and we will help you track the package.

Please remember that shipments do not go through on weekends, and that many locations have significantly shortened the storage time for unclaimed packages.

An undelivered package/returned shipment can be resent for a shipping fee of 25 EUR.

An unclaimed package/returned shipment is not a return.

We use as much recycled material as possible for packaging.

The plastic films, Frenchic bags, packaging cushions, etc. we use in packaging are largely eco-friendly materials. We pack even small purchases in parcels because our customers want fast delivery; letter mail delivery takes longer to the customer and cannot be tracked.

Please remember to keep the paint, which is susceptible to freezing, away from extreme temperatures both in summer and winter after you have picked up the package - for example, do not leave the paint in a cold car or in direct sunlight. For example, we will not replace frozen paint.

DELIVERY AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT TRANSPORTATION

The sender is not responsible in any way for the actions of the selected Transport Company.

The recipient is always responsible for tracking, tracing and receiving the shipment.

The sender is not liable for lost or delayed shipments.

An uncollected shipment is not a return.

It is not possible to return re-shipped products or exchange/compensate for products damaged in transit.

Pickup from Warehouse Store

Please try to pick up your order as soon as possible.

A pick-up order must be picked up no later than one week (7 days) from the order date. A re-handling and storage fee of 25 EUR will be charged if the order is left uncollected at the pick-up location for more than 7 days. The order will be released once the storage fee has been paid.

Products cannot be returned without shipment-specific approval.

Any returns must take into account the condition of the products: you can return products that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that we only refund the price of saleable and faultless products, not shipping costs.

The products are returned to the place of purchase from which the customer purchased them and the return is handled by the company that sold the products to the customer.

The customer is responsible for the costs of the return and any possible damage in transit. If the products are inadequately protected and packaged by the sender in the return shipment and they suffer damage in transit, a return cannot be made because the products are no longer saleable. The return shipment will be checked at the warehouse when it arrives.

A copy of the shipping list must be attached to the return, indicating the reason for the return. The right to return does not apply to shipping costs and products that, according to industry practice, cannot be exchanged: special order products ordered separately for the customer, discounted products and products that have been discontinued.

Returns sent by cash on delivery, credit package or post-claim will not be accepted.

The sender is not responsible for the activities of other companies, the implementation of the selected mode of transport, or the activities of the transport company in any way.

Force majeure

Strike, lockout, fire, machine breakdown, shortage of raw materials, official action or other force majeure beyond the control of the seller shall exempt the buyer from complying with the agreed delivery time. The customer shall not be entitled to claim damages as a result of this.

For example, the coronavirus or other epidemic can cause delays in the transport chain or other similar events that the sender is not aware of or responsible for. Weather conditions, especially in winter, can also complicate and delay both orders and deliveries.

Ownership rights

The goods become the property of the customer when they have been paid in full.
